Sent the application on 5th November. Fee deducted today on 20th November. No mails/posts for AOR Has my application been accepted?

@canpr.Thanks a ton. Question 5 on the same form:country of citizenship? I filled - Ind It should be understood that if the country of citizenship is India then ofcourse my passport should be Indian.Country of issue could mean the place where it was issued.Ambiguous!
