is this out of expereince? because the letters I receive says (the visa officer will review your file in 60 days/ 30 days) depending on the phase of processing. so I guess if it says 60 days and I send it in 24 hours, the file will be reviewed in 60 days anyways. only my 2 cent Good luck to...
