Hello po! I'm also planning for CNO registration. They already sent me the assessment package by email two days ago, at ganun din po, hindi rin included yung form para sa verification of employment.

I already received my 2nd AOR nung time na yun. I received my 2nd AOR feb. 22. then MArch 8 nag change ako ng bank. March 18 nareceive ko medical order ko. how about you?
