    INLANDERS!

Hi Black Berry - do you mind if I ask what nationality you are? And is your application inland spousal ... I just noted this post and you saying that you went to the states several times during the process and had no problems getting back into Canada? The reasoning I am asking is I am worried...

Did anyone go out of Canada while waiting for your inland application reply?

I am very worried at the moment. I have had to leave Canada to go back to the UK due to some family difficulties. I haven't been back for 3 years, and have been awaiting all this time for my Inland Spousal PR application to be approved. I was granted AIP in October 2008, however I am still...

    INLANDERS!

Good luck to everyone here who has the misfortune of having made a within Canada Inland Spousal application! Whilst I realise my case is far from the worst, I wish you all better luck than I appear to be having. I first came to Canada in April 2007, from England - I am an UK Citizen. I married...

How long did it take you to complete the whole application?

The only reason I used one is because I was so scared of making a mistake on the application, the whole experience is a little worrying but really if there is no complications with your case it isn`t necessary and you most certainly can be given bad advice.

Do I need the medical and the police clearance? Plzz help me ,plzzzz

Khaffin just a friendly word of advice to you ... don't believe everything you read on sites like this whatever you do ... inland spousal sponsored applications rarely, if ever, take less than between 18 months and 2 years to complete (mine is simple and straight forward and is still not...

Do I need the medical and the police clearance? Plzz help me ,plzzzz

I do understand if it is your only choice - I am not sure about the rules and regulations for your country. I do know that (if you are making an inland spousal application) once your reach first stage approval (Approval in Principle) you can then apply for an open work permit and also you can...

Do I need the medical and the police clearance? Plzz help me ,plzzzz

Yes, if you need an interview you will need to go to London for it (thats if you are from the UK). That was why my lawyer advised me to do my application inland to avoid having to travel back to the UK .... if I'd known then what I know now though I would glady have gone back if need be - as it...

I am in the process of doing an Inland Application and my medical results did not show up online until I had received first stage approval - you can rest assured they have them or they would have contacted you.

Do I need the medical and the police clearance? Plzz help me ,plzzzz

There is a website called British Expats ... if you go along there and check the frequently asked questions there, or ask other people who *have* personal experience of inland residence applications I think you will find that noone has been asked to do more than one medical once their...

Do I need the medical and the police clearance? Plzz help me ,plzzzz

I have done an inland spousal application (I am Brtish and my husband is Canadian) and my medical was done in March 2008, I have been told it is valid until March 2010. Police clearance for inland is not needed until they ask for it but I did submit mine with my original application. If you have...

Hello, I am a new member here and I am sorry to start off by complaining but felt this was a place where I sure some people will understand how I am feeling. UK citizen being sponsered by PR status spouse

I don't think you read or understood my original post! I don't keep spending money on a lawyer - the cost of the lawyer to do the application was $4,000 - thats what it costs its not a continual spend! The no win situation? Whether you use a lawyer or not one day your approval will come through...
