thanks cynusalisa.i checked out the programs offered by the university newfound.they offer 2 phd programs.one in marine and other in biology.thanks for the help.

hello, i dont think so there is any university which is asking international students to apply widout showing the IELTS scores.its better not to take chance. gud luck.
