Did u send you passport to BUffalo? Fort Erie has no case specific inquiry. Can I used BUffalo or New York case specific inquiry?

When I received my passport request, they give me a complete address where to send it. And I sent my passport to Fort Erie and when I tracked it, it was successfully delivered to them.
