what to do after adding details to this sheet - Do I need to Save it somewhere??

How to check my name in this spreadsheet - basically how it works?? I cannot see my name in 2014 spreadsheet :( There are nick names in the sheet, i never kept any, how can i look for it.

Hello Sakshi1813, Congrats on 1st AOR and SA letter with file transfer to New Delhi. If need then NDVO will asked documents like PCC or Fee receipt again that called 2nd AOR from New Delhi if and only if you had not submitted original during file submitting time, else you already submitted...
