Did you fill out the Misc. services form when you applied for PCC? I think the best way to get a hold of them is either via mail or email...I have tried calling multiple times they don't answer...although you can try....besides the Indian embassy in Houston has moved so make sure you send any...

My initial application was Jan 19 2010, file tx'd to buffalo Mar 10 2010, file tx'd to LA Oct 14th 2011. No news yet...are they doing anything? No way to track file status...what is NOC code? Can someone please tell me?
