    NOC 4121

You have to separate the immigration requirements from job requirements. For example, as a psychologist who has been a university professor, I'm in a similar situation. My PhD and work experience qualifies me for immigration (I hope - still waiting for my letter from Sydney). Registration...

makes sense The instructions for filing [IMM EG7000] http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/applications/skilled.asp state to use "Not applicable" or "N/A" for most blanks. For the military service question, the form says to write "NONE" in the box - note there are two of them. Hope this...

    Applying for Canadian Immigration

An immigration attorney I spoke with suggested stapling the labels to a regular sheet of paper and the same for the check. This helps make sure they don't fall out of the envelope and get lost - causing delays. Also, include a cover letter where you list everything you've sent.

    FSW1 - 10 year look back period

What date determines when the 10 year look back period is? For example: If I send my materials to CIO in March 2009, the 10 year period would be March 1999 to February 2000 Now, let's imagine my last month of 6 years of full-time work in one of the 38 jobs was February 2000. Now let's...
