Just try again. I have heard of someone who was refused two times and got an approval the third time. All you can do is try.

Yes, I did upfront medical. After about 56 days I did send them a message through the web form asking how much longer it would take? I didn't get any reply and instead got the approval after a few days.

Unfortunately no. I am thinking of doing an internship but I don't know enough to get hired as an intern. And If I was already good enough at developing websites I wouldn't want to study this program.
