You don't need to do it again as they have same credential all over the world. However, you may upgrade them in Canada.

For the immigration purpose, IELTS (general) done already. I have heard that if you want to do a lecturer job (My Category), you need to get at least 7 Band in academic over all. If so, I would like to prepare for it.

1. Is 7 bands in IELTS required for doing lecturer job in Canada? 2. Is it beneficial to do IELTS Academics before landing, So if needed, we can do study there. 3. Is knowledge of French help to get Initial job after landing? pls reply.

I have applied for PR. Local Office is CHC ND. If i got visa, will i receive all visa documents at home or i have to go to CHC ND consulate to collect Visa papers? Thanks in advance.

Just to know how we get visa? Stamped In passport means all or after that we have to go to consulate to collect visa?

PMM is right. You have to send forms again, but this time with all your documents (IELTS, Transcripts, Proof of Funds, Experience letters, etc).
