That means cases from 09 and early 10 will start seeing PPR in this quarter (March-April-May-June 2011).

When our process started in Dec09, every body was getting a PR visa in 4-6 months max. Then they raised it to 9 months and told the same in our AOR then they raised it to 16 months and we assumed that 16months time was for people who started applying in 2010. This proved to be our fallacy...

Those who applied in 2009, need not worry because they are already working on your files . 2010 applicants should pray that they clear the backlog of 2009 and start quickly with yours. Well, at least it makes sense for all the delays. From 9 to 16 to 21 months. WTF?? At this pace ours and ETHOPIAN timeline will be the same.

They should not give 9 months timeline and then do this. Every body has plans here.

Humaumair, were you asked for a remedical?. If yes then that will save you guys some time. I am expecting my PPR to come some time in July/August 2011 as they have't asked me for a remedical yet. We know that it takes quite some time after the remedical to get PPR. On the bright side of things...

I lost a letter in October 2010. Received it on January 2011 via email from CHC-Isb. We lost so much time because Pakistan Post lost our letter. I would be grateful if they accept pre-paid TCS offer. It is unlikely but you can try sending them. See how it goes.

As an addendum to your response, some husbands from 2009 are also waiting to get Passport Request. So really it is humongous wait brought to you by CHC-Isb Inc.

Incase your husband didn't do his remedical, you would probably have to wait till the remedical reaches Islamabad.

Don't worry. After you send these forms back. They will ask for a re-medical in 2-3 months and then finally PPR. They are actually working for which I am so glad.
