One more thing: I got the letter mentioning above, which means Study permit will be issued up to the date of passport validity only Means up to May 2017. In that case, I have to apply in about Jan 2017 for Passport Renewal, and Study Permit renewal as well from inside Canada only Am I right?

One thing is clear, If the odd situation is expected from Canada immigration Deprt, why should they issue the Visa at first place? So, I am giving hope to myself that, it should be possible to get Passport and Visa Extended after arrival in Canada....
