Hi moody
We are in the same boat, my son got tested HIV+, and we expect to receive a fairness letter and is preparing how we could justify that his medication will not be an excessive burden on the government. Can you we share ideas?
I see, but you have to wait until the Visa office ask you to right? So far we have not receive any advice, I hope to receive it very soon. BTW, are you Filipino too or from what country if you dnt mind.
Hello Asfat!
You are from what Visa Office? This is the first time that I know of somebody who was requested to undergo re-medical after it has expired. Normally, they would extend the validity of the medical report.
Can you tell us your NOC?
Hi all
I'd like to start a thread for all those who are in the same situation like me. My medicals already expired this month. Please see my timeline as follows:
Application Filed : May 2010
Medical Done : May 2012
Meds Received : July 2012
I hope to hear from all who are in the same...
I remember you Mr Coolguy from the other thread where we have this monitoring table, I think nobody wants to have this anymore because there is no trending anymore, BTW, i have the same timeline as yours. Goodluck to us.
Actually I am from Manila VO, and we have one case here wherein they received their ppr and submitted already, but on the last minute there was an inquiry regarding their POF, until now after over a year no decision yet. ::) too unfortunate..
Hi! May I know what cause of the rejection? This is one unfortunate thing to happen to us applicant. BTW, am also waiting for PPR. Meds Received appeared lat July 2012.
