hi tonny, i am not the best person to reply but i think if your friends are in nova scotia, they can only sponsor u to live in nova scotia. if u want to live in alberta, someone blood related to you must sponsor you from what i know. but if u r selected by alberta but then go off to nova scotia...

if the sister live in alberta, the chances of sponsoring are very good. some other provinces also will accept you as you are blood related. look into provincial nomination as you have a high chance. cheers :)
