vins, as long as your work was paid, it is counted and as long as it also features in the NOC list. but it must be paid work plus 4 years part time is equal to 2years full time. hope it helps. cheers :)

nope, i think if the duties u do match that of the listed in the noc duty requirements and u satisfy most of them, u dnt need to worry. u dnt need to satisfy ALL of them.

eric, dnt take any chance. stay as legally as u can and if u want to stay beyond, extend your visa . try and not do something illegal asthis might reflect on your applcation if smthing goes wrong.
