This isn't right. Have you tried contacting them? They're supposed to respond if it passes the usual timeline. Also, did u apply for notes?

I had applied for a TRV months after I submitted my PR application. They gave me a multiple entry visa valid for 10 years. I was fortunate in that case. 1 positive in my favor would have been that I had traveled to canada the previous year.

Damn, those questions by the visa officers are atrocious. Whoever's through an interview - are these Canadians conducting the interview or our very own Indians?

You don't have to submit PCC from every foreign country you have visited before. You have to submit it only for foreign countries that you have lived in for more than 6 months.

I don't know how it works with your medical centre. But for me they themselves sent the medical report to NDVO. If that's the case maybe you could ask them to resend the docs and only pay for the resending or ask them to re-hand you your April report's copy to be re-sent to NDVO. Alternatively...

Check ecas. No emails for status changes until they need something from you. NDVO is like my ex-gf.

I'm curious to know if they're giving conditional PR or normal. Any experiences/knowledge on the matter?

Went into 'in process' in September. Asked for remedical & PCC from another country that I was residing in, in late November. Asked for passport copy in March. Note that my case was slightly complicated because of all these expiries + living outside India until recently.

I just got out of the vfs office. The lady told me that I'll receive it within 10 working days.

PPR received. I just hope they send it back to me within a week as I need my passport back for another trip I need to make before heading to canada.
