Hi mcgyver, i am still not on the 38 list and did not change my NOC. All i did was update Buffalo with my T4 and Notice of Assessment for the year 2008. Hope that answers your question...

Hey guys, it just seems that they are hand picking from the applications sent between March and November 2008....i know it doesn't make sense but that's what i see all around me....Just be patient and you may hear soon

use the file number starting with B*****, eneter your family name, DOB and country...you should be able to see the status...https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en Sometimes, there is some issues with DOB not entered correctly in the immigration system...and so may not showup...All...

Hey Guys, i am on the same boat as you...sailing endlessly...applied in september 2008 and AOR on March 2009, after that nothing from Buffalo office. I know that post gives a lot of hopes...specially points 3,5, and 6. I tried emailing Buffalo a couple of times, but get the same generic...
