I have a suggestion regarding our spreadsheet. I think it is better to change the color for those who have heard something from Ottawa from green to something else. Because they are actually one step after PER. We know their documents are received by Visa Office and reviewed. I think this helps...

I applied for FSW2 in July but did not make the 500 quota, so my application was returned. Actually I had everything ready when this new PhD stream was introduced, so the only thing I had to do was to print the new checklist and new generic application form and change my cover letter :)

Don't worry. You don't say you are applying under PhD stream anywhere in the application form. But You say so in the Document Checklist which you have to put above all your other documents (section 10 of document checklist). So they'll see it for sure.
