I have always checked with either the client ID or the file number BXXXXXX.. when u r trying to enter with this file number.. u need to input the information for the applicant.. not the sponsor.. are you sure youre doing that right?.. other than that there should be no reason i guess why u...

Okay so now when i check my husband's status on Ecas.. its showing his Pakistani Address ... before today .. there was no address shown when i checked with the file number.. Does this mean anything?
