well my friend did PhD from a top US university...he never took IELTS and still got his visa

Can't believe people still give in to lame reasonings like this :) think about 8 out of 100 people (% East Indians in Toronto)from Somalia and Kenya already in the Bangalore job market...flourishing and successful in their respective profession...how bad can be the resistance ?
