I hope you are right. Many applicants of other offices (in other countries) got MR these days, I do not understand why Buffalo cannot offer MR. It is weird! The immigration levels plan is different from office to office?

Someone got email from Buffalo which said that they won't process federal skilled worker applications from January 2010 during the current calendar year. Terrible!!!

Never stop? I think they stopped working on pre-626 cases for more than 2 month. We did not hear any news from Buffalo about pre-626 ever since June. They might resume one day, but they did stop for a long time...

My attorney believed that I could get the MR in 2011. My 2nd Aor is later than yours, mine is in Nov. I think you could also get your MR this year. Not for sure, just pray for good luck for us~

I remember that someone said buffalo office works by season. I do not know how they calculate and separate seasons, but I know they have not focus on the application before 6.26 from June. I guess August may still not be our month.

Simp, I think my timeline is very close to yours. I got my 2nd AOR on Nov 18th, and my online status change to IP (with RBOV details) in March 15th. We might get the MR at the same time. Just a guess...
