Now that 27th May CC's are being charged in other NOC's, I think my analysis was accurate. Would have loved to be wrong this time though :(

If the CC reader machine was not working, there would be no charge in other categories also, so that just doesn't make sense. I was trying to analyze the situation and not make many assumptions. It seems you like ROFL a lot :)
