Yes, but if you're not as unlucky as I am, your second phase should not take this long. This is unusual and happened only in case of veb1 and me. By the way, Aravinda , not Aravind. (not that it matters but Aravind is a boy's name and Aravinda is a girl's name!). :)

I did not. When I applied, as per the posts on this forum, I had this understanding that LA takes no longer than 2-3 days. But, now I am thinking I should have....

Yes, I did include an return envelope and I have been tracking it on usps.com 100 times a day. :) They have not sent it yet.
