my question is if you sent some docs to chc and your address dis appeard then appeard after a while and do not disappeard since many months what it mean arent they working on file? i didnt received anything from chc just received some requested docs in sept 2010.

but my case is old sept 2010 and my address disappeard in sept 2011 after i sent some docs but after that didnt disappeared so what are they doing now?

anyone has experienced this that someones address didnt disappeard since long what it mean?

just keep in mind always that husbands cases takes more longer than wives cases so then you will have patience and yes prays always works. timeline is 26months now so be aware of that to.

Zawaar according to Canadian Immigration law you cant married if you are already married as you said you divorced case was filed at the time of your marriage mean you were still married at that time of your 2nd marriage you shouldnt got married and applied for sponsership till your divorced deed...

happyface husband case takes more longer than wife case so i think you need to be patient till you hear something from chc Inshallah soon you will hear from them just do dua as much as you can

so if sponsered person fill IMM5475 then he needs to send that form to sponsered person by email right? then sponsered person attach imm5475 and imm5563 in email and apply it right.

does sponser need to fill both forms or only one form? and does sponser need to sign the form?
