there are 2 status showing by client id decision made shows sponsers status and beside it applicant status showing in process mean CHC -I status of your permenant residence application for sponsered person.

client id is for the person who sponsering

s_design when i put client id it shows nothing its says.. This service is only available to clients with applications in process.

if you login by client id or file number does it make difference i mean shows different information?
