congratulation maham sis you are lucky in so many nikkah cases as most nikkah cases are in QUE for interview or longer procedures.

if you remember you filed your application in CIC-M when they accepted your application and transfered to ISB they also put decision made on your file to so i think it is same thing as they already requested passport and medical and you will receive your passport in couple of days
