More or less yes! You also have to check the post office from time to time if ever they sent you letter. So far in my experienced, all the letters they sent to me didn't exceed to 45 days.

Probably we had the same process here. Actually, they had my passport and CENOMAR request last february of 2009. After that they sent us more letter to provide proofs of our relationship. I hope that you will have visa soon.

Yes, I did. I went to their office several times and they just said to you that it's a case to case basis and all you have to do is wait.

really? have you tried to follow-up it at Visa Office Manila? I think there's something wrong with it already. Once your there at their office, they will give this piece of paper (Request to Follow-up My Application Form). You have to fill-up that form and send or drop at their address.
