Another question now! When I apply or when application is pending if I had a loan in the UK I was still paying back would that affect my application in anyway?

Would it be better to marry in UK or still ok to do so in Canada? Would I need to get medical insurance when I go over for six months?

We are getting married in Canada in November/December so we wont have done the application until were married. I know I need to do my police check in UK but can I get medical in Canada for a outland application or would this need to be done in the UK as well?
