This really sucks bigtime. The waiting time at the CIC Manila has just gone way too long from what they usually deliver. Update: Still haven't gotten the CIC-M passport request until now. Its been more than 4 months......wonder what happened....does any body know if there is a problem in the Embassy that we are not aware of?
