I know the lawyer was not so good. That is why I posted here.Thank you so much guys for the help. I think the best option for me is to apply for visitor status. And I can manage for 3 or 4 months rather than spending thousands of dollars for an LMIA.

From your opinion I think the best option is to wait three months and apply only after getting the PCC. I will go with you guys bcoz I got the best advices from this forum rather than any other lawyer.
