I applied OUTLAND, no address changes during the process. This was CPC-O working on it.

Whew. Okay. I DID already send the medicals and I DID get an email asking for a scan of my passport. I did a search online for "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." and only see bad news, so I'm still crazy worried.

Medicals are no issue. Those are from like September. It's just the police certs.

IF I remember right, My FBI Clearance is going to expire on June 27, one year after it was issued. I got the PPR on May 23. Most people get the COPR about a month later. This would leave me just FOUR DAYS to land. That's IF I'm right about the June 27 date. It might happen sooner. I MIGHT be...

I'm moving from the US to Alberta. According to folks here, I got the PPR, and thus I am now waiting on the COPR. I know each province has slightly different rules regarding this, so... How long do I have to wait to be eligible for coverage under the Alberta Health Services? I hear in Ontario...

I wish you luck! From what I hear this is really hit or miss. It might help that I'm from the US, don't know for sure. Someone said it's a month from PPR to COPR normally? When does the website update?

They received it on December 3, 2013. I got the PPR (if it is the PPR) on May 23rd. I sent my passport scan May 24th via email. No response yet other than the auto-reply.

Don't expect something to happen right away when you send it in. I sent mine almost a week ago and nothing has changed since on my status on the website. For all I know it could be another six months, and I'm proceeding under that assumption until I know otherwise.

We paid for the process a long time ago, but only submitted the full app at the end of November 2013. I encountered some medical stuff that put the move on hold for a while. I'm think we paid maybe a year and a half before we submitted.
