First make sure you properly fill the form and validate it. If it still doesn't work, you should wait and retry later. The new system has had the problem for a while, you are not the first one experiencing it nor the last one, I bet.

Mine says March 30. I just answered a question concerning the "expire date" on my study permit on MyCIC accout. And I answered Mar 30. Then it asked me if I want to pay the $200 restoration fee. I heard from my adviser in university that I can submit the application even on the very last day...

I understand that, and actually I do feel a relief when I see soooo many people have the same problem indicating it is not me but the server should be responsible. But my status has expired which the system just indicated and told me to pay another 200. I'm not willing to but have to do so...

If you can't do it on Sunday, I recommend to pay another $200 for restoration of status. I just did that. Or you can mail your application tomorrow. I am sure post Canada work tomorrow.

It happened once on my friend. She told me it should be ok. Whatever, this seems not only my problem. CIC should give us an answer.

One of my friend happened to some problems too when she applied to extend her study permit. She told me it should be ok. I am not sure, either. But I don't have other choice. There should be an answer to the problem. This is not the first time people coming across those difficulties.
