you cant do certify because as it is your wish and it is costly for you have to notarized your documents other wise they will reject you.

saki I too applying under 4131 category. I don't see it is mandatory to have education degree as their instruction allow vocational instructor like IT Trainer ,Company trainer where you dont need degree in education. I m my self applying as IT trainer and I dont have degree in education.
