Dear Fren The job offer need to be through HRDC( human resource of canada) if he format his own letter than you will be in trouble. Better you ask him to go through proper channel and get letter for you from HR which is recognized by CIC.

Ahmer Yes you can withdraw your case and at this stage it will be wise decision as your IT falls under 38 NOC codes. I will not suggest that you inform CIC for fake experience letter just with draw that case and apply under new IT NOC. I hope you also got experience for that IT NOC code.

Ahmer Better with draw it and apply as a new case, i dont know whether u can get the refund or not. Why you need a lawyer to do all this. All procedure is pretty simple i would advise to do it by your self. Best of luck.

In market you can get clear file( document folder) which contain lot of papers just slide all your documents in no need to staple or clips. This what i did for my documents and there is no fear of loosing or bending of papers.
