I am totally confused with this financial thing :( Some one pls help me is this financial thing is ok... I have toatal 20 laks in my bank.... I will pay 14000CAD to University from this 20 laks... 14000CAD=8 laks then shows rest of amount as educational loan against FD(living expense)...
