As somebody told me, the processing in Ottawa is pretty chaotic, so you can't estimate anything... In my case, decision was made in only 5 months after medicals and I waited for 3 months to get PPR.

Today I got GCMS too, decision was made on July 31, and until today, Nov 1 when I got request to send passport the only update for last 3 months it was a note with my message sent to them to inquiry about the status! Due date was:2012/09/21 and secondary office was Buffalo !!!???
