it seems the first step wont take much time, but why many earlier received application CC not been charged if follow your first step? i feel the delay have many reasons, such as different VO, demand of NOC, how many assessor for each NOC, how many family members, different work experiences to...

think of this, one of rejected case where the visa office is Bufflo, took at least 15days returned to US, what about to the other country which far away from canada? maybe take 20days or more. CIO send back mail using normal mail, sad

yes, visa office may be Sydney, NS ( New South Wales) Australia, and CIO should be Sydney, NS( Nova Scotia) Canada. they are different.

other people may be curious where are you from, because you did not show your file under your name. you can see other people file under their name.

theory speaking, BD is like cash, that means when you paid cash to buy bd, the bank already took your money and sold bd to you, the deal already finished between you and bank. bank doesnt own this bd anymore. so bank doesnt have the interest to track the bd. i dont think you get any information...

i think it must be Notarized. actually some Notary Public are another role of some Lawyers. you may check the yellowpage to see which lawyer has this role to be a Notary Public, they charge by hour rate, same as the charge when they act as a lawyer.
