we have around 200 people on our spreadsheet, there are around 5000 pass the eligible check, which means 200/5000=0.04, normally we have around 4 people got PER per day, so CIO may issue 4/ 0.04=100 PER/ per day around. am i right?

by the way, my file was returned dated on 3rd of Sep. but i received on 26th Nov. it took 2.5months to my hand. one thing i can make sure that if someone CC or BC not charged within 1 month even shorter after 1st of Sep, the file may be returned on the way to the applicant hand. thanks

hello, Wayne thanks for your hard working. my return reason is i forgot to fill 3 cells with N/A which not applicable to my family. i checked with the checklist that it is true that it does not allow to leave any blank space if something not apply to us. so my reason is incomplete thanks

it seems that nearly 100% people whose CC or BC been charged should receive PER? that means when CIO charged us they had already done the eligibility checked and we have been counted as the figures which was published regularly, am i right? thanks

not in check list. in IMM 0008 PAGE 2. i didnt fill 'N/A' at the question ' any other country resident status?' i left it empty, it should fill N/A if there is no resident status. only this problem takes 2.5 months back to my hand, shame.

i think CIO really should not sent your application back due to only the rejection of CC, they may just send a email or give u a call to verify if you want to pay or not, it is very irresponsible to sent it back to applicant without contact them. it is serious bureaucracy.
