Hi everybody I sent my application to CIO through canada post on 20th of last month, it has been stuck with customs from 23rd of last month till now. it is too fucking frustrating. can anybody tell me what r my options.

My application was received on CIO on 15th of last month I left many spaces unfilled and didn't provided my personal information of last five months I have read some where in this forum that they send un complete appliaction back, so this time i want to make sure i did every thing write it...

Hi everybody I have questions about filling up the forms. Firstly, I do not have my last name, so should I leave it unfilled or I should write N/A in this. Secondly, should fill N/A in each and every space unfilled in the form. I will really appreciate your help, guys.
