oh wow I didn`t know that first year is not considered common-law...I arrived in Canada 4 November 2011 and we lived together since until March 2013 when we applied for sponsorship. I thought all this time as we shared household is considered common law and was over 2 years.

I wonder why did CIC gave me condition 51 "must live with her sponsor for 2 years" if we were living together prior the application for 2.4 years. Can I contact CIC for removing this condition?
