Try to call tomorrow to AINP office, explain your situation. Hopefully they have already contacted CIC. On Tue when I called them an agent told me that we have to apply for BOWP if your are Alberta nominee.

No it's a closed WP, I can work just for one employer

I got a refuse for BOWP yesterday. After I called to AINP office and they asked to fax the documents to their office, hopefully they will help. I still have a month before my WP expires.

Since Sep 2014 in the AINP certificate there is no information for CIC about employer's job offer so in Alberta you should apply for BOWP(not closed) but not every officer know about that. This is what AINP agent told me, other provinces are different
