Hello Anik. My friend's mother was in same case that your parents. She was in Canada when received medicalas request from LVO. She done here medicals and the office send results to Ottawa.5-6 weeks after her ecas show med received. So, it's OK if the results will be send to Ottawa.

.... and if your parents go to LVO to ask about the file????? Each LVO should have 2-3 hours one day by week for public generaly informations. No appointment need and it's legal ...... My friend send her mother and she had same complementary informations about his file. The file move forward...
