Hello! Could you kindly advise me on the following: I`m a primary applicant, does my husband need to pass IELTS? He will not be able to get WES evaluation. As I understand, anyway the application fee ($550), and RPRF ($490) should be paid for both applicants, primary and dependent? Thank you.
