Have you got your PCC back? Why you did not try directly from India through the help of your relatives...just want to know...since I am thinking of getting this done with this way....just curious to know whether we can get PCC with this way or not.

If it is a matter of changing address in the US only then you can notify USPS for forwarding your mails to the new address. Other than that, if you really want to notify AINP or CIC about it then you may need to talk to them on Hotline and they would definetly have procedure for it. After...

Why did you get through Consulate....isn't it possible to get it through any of your relatives help from your home country (say in India)... or it should be through the consultate......I am planning to get it from City Local Police Station in India through the help of my relative or parents...
