Hi Guys, It seems they are lazy to put all the procedures on the ECAS. Mine also showed one sentence: "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." So, loveson, there is nothing to worry about. You will get your visa back very soon.

Hi loveson, They will send the PR card after 60 days. The temporary one is just for this time until the PR card be sent. You can invite your parents with the temporary form as well.

Hi Loveson, My Ecas status has been changed to "Decision Made" about 2 weeks ago. BTW, I landed to Canada yesterday. I was an easy procedure. The officer asked me some normal questions and gave us the temporary form for permanent residency.

Thanks Wendy, I sent it on 12th and it reached there on 16th, I guess. I am in Alberta. I got a letter explaining what to do and the Confirmation of Permanent Residence. I am sure you will get yours soon. good luck with that.

Hi fellows, I just got my passport back from Seattle. The whole process took only 25 days given that I am in Canada and they sent it by standard post. Hope all of you hear a good news soon. eco

I think they have not updated ECAS for a long time since I got my passport request last week and it does not show any update in my file.

In late May 2012. I am not sure when it got to Ottawa. But my ECAS has not been updated yet.
