The PNP program of the provinces offering PR on having a masters degree namely the pilot masters/Phd program states that if a person holds a masters canadian degree by a publicly funded uni is eligible to apply for PR... does that mean that you could get a degree from a low costing uni and just...

This question is especially for those who are currently studying in a canadian uni and understand the scenario.... Is applying to a uni for the summer intake a wise decision ? I mean normally ppl take the summers off and work... and if i go in the summer session then i'll have to take three...

Can anyone from the Uni of Manitoba or having info abt it clarify the fee structure of this Uni ? umanitoba.ca/student/records/fees/1031.html It says around $8000 for the first year and $700 for the next :S .... If this really means what i understood without any "reading between the lines"...
