hey friends, I got some update for my file. It shows "decision made' and it says a decision is made on xyz file and our office will contact you regarding this decision. So do I assume that they finally got visas? How long will it take?

It doesn't matters unless they(ND office) get to know about his job. Bcoz he can never be self dependant. If he is working and it has not been disclosed to anyone....its fine.....keep your fingers crossed....everything will be alright....best luck ;)

Its none of their business as far as job is concerned, all that matters is the presentation of your case, which I think only an expert can do in a proper way. Atleast you have some legitimate reason for taking up this course. Don't stress out. They cannot tell you about how many opportunities...

Hi Sonu86, it seems the immigration officer who is working on your file is over-doing it, if we read the clause of defining a dependant child, it says clearly that he/she should be enrolled in full time course. Now I think you just have to get a legitimate reason for enrolling in Industrial...

Hi, I have a question if anybody can help me please, my in-laws got request for medicals and they also asked to send all the documents which were sent last year, now, do we have to send original documents or photocopy of it. Please help me asap because I have to send those documents...Please!!!

They change Ecas status on tuesday/wednesday.....

It takes around a week. I received medical request on 30th Jan 2013 and with that request I need to send PCC, PP and fill up some other forms too. I have a question for you, with medical request didn't you get request to send PP and PCC? I would also like to update my timeline. Thanx.

Hi...I think you need my feedback here!!!...My file status was changed to IN PROCESS on Dec 19th 2012!!!!......nd as you know we missed our medicals!!!! But actually they sent medicals on Nov 26, which we never received....so I think from your status I can only think something GOOD is happening...

To be very precise my MP office gave me a consent form to sign on 11th Jan, we signed it and went back on Jan 17th, on 21st Jan he told us that medicals were sent from ND on Nov 26. And on the same day we tlaked and told him to send our mailing as well as email to ND office. He probably sent it...
