Hi! Guys, I sent email to CHC stating tht 6 weeks past and my spouse Kuwait residency is about to expire now, which can be verified from passport. After few reminders, they sent me a reply on 3 June, which is also confusing: Thank you for your enquiry. COPR AND PASSPORTS SENT TO ABU DHABI...

Hi! Biju, Did u get yr passport?

I already sent them 2 emails regarding this, first was my initial request and second with the proof of courier delivery details. Would it be ok, if I send them another email now?

Congrats to all, who got DM. It looks that CHC changed the status of passports send in the first week of May. So, as we can see from this forum 10 days or two weeks.

yah! Chitu, it was not number of days, now I am quoting as they wrote: "Please allow 6 weeks for processing. Only in the unlikely event that you have not heard from us after 30 working days have elapsed since you submitted your passports will we respond to enquiries." This is 6th week, hope...

This forum give me little satisfaction even in this situation that I am not alone, many are in the same boat ;)

Passports were received by somebody by the name VESELNOVA.
