You should mention your mother's income also if applicable. 3.3 lac is very less to support your education and stay in canada. You are apling in general or spp??

@tejpal plz share your complete profile..like scores in masters bachelors etc individual ielts score.. may b your academics are low in masters or bachelor's.. Perhaps you are applying for spp college where band requirement is 6.0 not less then 5.5 that is not enough to satisfy a visa officer...

@swagger normal processing time for visa under spp is 3 week. July is good enough to apply if you are coming for sept intake.

If you have FDR from long time then it can b used as prfred funding... U can apply for visa anytime till the deadline mentioned on CIC website... :-)
